Promerus and Ferrania Imaging Technologies complete joint agreement for marketing advanced display materials

The Companies showcase their products at SID 2002

Boston, MA, U.S.A. -- May 19, 2002 -- Ferrania Imaging Technologies (Ferrania) in the occasion of the SID (Society for Information Display) 2002 International Symposium, which is held in Boston (MA), from May 19th through May 24th, proposes its values on the market of Electronic Display.

On 16 May, 2002 Promerus, LLC and Ferrania Imaging Technologies (Ferrania) announced the completion of a Joint Marketing Agreement involving Promerus' AppearTM engineered films and Ferrania's AryliteTM film systems. The agreement covers marketing, sales and distribution activities for these materials in the U.S., Europe and the Far East.

Both AppearTM engineered films and AryliteTM film systems are unique, proprietary products with unsurpassed optical, thermal and mechanical properties. These advanced materials have been specifically developed to meet the demanding performance requirements of display systems and optoelectronic applications.
